Composed of a transmissive TFT-LCD panel, driver circuit, and 24-LED edge-lit backlight unit, it adopts the JD9168S controller IC, featuring a resolution of 640×480 pixels and supporting 65K/262K/16.7M color display with an active area of 115.20 (H)× 86.40(V) mm. The module measures 126.50×100.00×5.70mm and weighs 80g, with an operating and storage temperature range of -30~+80℃, a typical digital supply voltage of 3.3V, a typical backlight brightness of 700cd/m², an LED lifespan of 50000 hours, and support for 16/18/24-bit RGB interface.
