It integrates a transmissive TFT-LCD panel, driver circuit, G+G structure capacitive touch panel (CTP), and 12-LED edge-lit backlight unit. The TFT features a resolution of 640×480 pixels, supporting 16.7M color display with an active area of 70.08(H)×52.56(V) mm. Equipped with the FT5436DQQ controller, the CTP supports I2C interface and 5-point touch functionality. The module measures 85.80×85.80×4.46mm, with an operating and storage temperature range of -30~+85℃, a typical digital supply voltage of 3.3V, a typical backlight brightness of 950cd/m², an LED lifespan of 50000 hours, and adopts a 2-lane MIPI interface.
